Summer Information:

The school is open to the public from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm please contact the school for pick up locations 519-252-6514.

Days the school will be closed: July 1, 2026, Aug 3, 2026, Aug.10, 2026, Aug. 14, 2026, and Sept. 7, 2026.

Graduated students can pick up their diplomas the week of July 20-24, 2026, and then throughout the year. Please call the school upon arrival for pick up locations.

2026-2027 School Year Information:

• Student timetables won鈥檛 be available to view in Edsby until September 8, 2026.
• New Students to Walkerville won鈥檛 have access to Edsby until September 8, 2026
• W.C.C.A students who are eligible for a bus pass will be able to pick up the contracts to have a parent/guardian sign the first week of school in the main office. After the contract is signed, the office will get the voucher from the Transportation dept., and it will be given to the student. Please make sure to have your own transportation for the first week of school.

This Orientation is for students who are already registered with Walkerville

New Students looking to now register:

If you are looking to register with Walkerville in September and have not done so already:

• You need to fill out an online registration , Click on 鈥淨uick Links鈥�, Click on 鈥淧arents & Families鈥�, Click on 鈥淩egistering for school鈥� complete the form
• If Walkerville is not the school, you are in district of you need to call Walkerville and let us know the 5-digit registration code 519-252-6514.
• You need to have a transfer package from the current school you were attending, an up-to-date transcript with your final marks, and attendance record
• Call the school in August to make an appointment with Administration during that last two weeks of August. 519-252-6514 Ext 31400.
